Fred Nolta has extensive experience doing site development and public right-of-way work including mass grading, deep excavations with shoring, utilities, retaining walls, paving, traffic signals, lighting, landscaping, water features, etc. Engineering experience includes water treatment plans, power plants, methane gas recovery/co-generation plants, airport, and a bridge.
